Free-Range, high welfare Chicken
For 15 years, we have been producing chicken under Soil Association standards. We are now able to offer our whole chickens on a monthly basis. From our farm, to your kitchen table.
Our chicken are part of our Holistic Farm management plan. We use the chicken manure as organic compost to fertilise our meadows, their scratching in the soil also encourages plant and insect biodiversity.
Our chickens are a slow growing breed, which means they have time for their bodies to develop properly, making the meat flavourful and succulent.
As well as the multitude of plants and insects they forage for around their range areas, they are fed an organic, non-gm diet.
We plant trees and cover crops for shelter and extra forage to diversify their diet and the environment.
