How Courier Delivery Works

We schedule courier deliveries based on milk availability and batch orders to ensure maximum freshness.

What to expect:

  1. Place your order
  2. We'll email you within 1-2 business days to confirm your delivery date (typically 3-7 days from order)
  3. Your milk is bottled fresh on the morning of dispatch
  4. Next-day delivery via DPD

Why we do this:

As a small farm, we milk our goats by hand and bottle to order. This scheduling system ensures your milk is as fresh as possible when it arrives - not sitting in our fridge for days before shipping.

Local Doorstep Delivery (South Devon)

Pre-frozen milk delivered to your door every Tuesday or Thursday before 8am.

How to order:

Simply add items to your cart and enter your postcode at checkout. If local delivery is available in your area, you'll see it as a delivery option with the cost.

Delivery costs:

  • FREE: Dawlish
  • £5: Teignmouth, Starcross, Exminster
  • £7: Newton Abbot, Exeter, Torquay, Totnes

Storage:

Milk arrives pre-frozen. Store in your freezer (keeps 3 months) and defrost as needed. Goats Milk freezes and thaws exceptionally well due to having smaller fat particles.
