Cancellation policy

For one time orders: We will issue a full refund for orders placed if cancelled via email within 24 hours. If orders are cancelled within 48 hours we will issue a partial refund. This is due to being charged per transaction as we do not get refunded by our website provided for these transactions if they are cancelled. 

If the order is cancelled after shipping we will not be able to offer a refund or return. 

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective: 1st April 2026


1. SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT

By subscribing to regular milk deliveries from T and F Farming, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 deliveries before cancellation is permitted.

Subscriptions may be set to weekly, fortnightly, or monthly frequencies.


2. PRICING

Milk:

Subscription price: £3.95 per litre

Delivery:

Courier delivery (England and Wales):

  • Up to 9 litres: £13.00
  • 10-18 litres: £17.00
  • Over 18 litres: £25.00

Local doorstep delivery:

  • Dawlish & Teignmouth: FREE
  • 5-7 miles from Dawlish: £5.00
  • 7-15 miles from Dawlish: £7.00

Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice via email.


3. PAYMENT

Payment is processed automatically before each scheduled delivery via the card details you provide.

If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. After 2 failed payment attempts, your subscription will be cancelled and you will need to re-subscribe.


4. PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 consecutive deliveries at a time.

To pause, please give us at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery by emailing us or updating your subscription settings online.

When resuming a paused subscription, delivery is subject to milk availability. Active subscribers receive priority during high-demand periods (typically winter months).


5. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing your minimum 3 deliveries.

Cancellation requires 3 deliveries' notice. This means you must notify us before 3 deliveries are fulfilled.

To cancel, please email us or cancel via your online account at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice may result in one final delivery being processed.


6. DELIVERY

Courier delivery:

Milk is delivered fresh via courier to your specified address on the day agreed when setting up your subscription. If you need to change this day please let us know via email. During our low production winter months, we may need to change your delivery day to ensure you get your milk as fresh as possible.

Local doorstep delivery:

Milk is delivered pre-frozen directly to your doorstep on our regular delivery schedule in Dawlish, Teignmouth, and surrounding areas (up to 15 miles).

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that you have a safe place designated.

We are not responsible for milk spoilage due to:

  • Lack of refrigeration/freezing after delivery
  • Delayed collection from delivery location
  • Incorrect delivery address provided

If your delivery does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may change your delivery frequency or quantity at any time by emailing us or updating your subscription online.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.


8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our goats produce milk seasonally. Production is typically:

  • High: March - October
  • Low: November - February

During low-production months, we prioritize active subscribers. We cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment for subscriptions being resumed after a pause during these periods.

If we are unable to fulfill your subscription order due to supply constraints, we will:

  1. Notify you via email as soon as possible
  2. Offer to pause your subscription until milk becomes available

9. WINTER GUARANTEE

Active subscribers (those who have not paused in the previous 3 deliveries) are guaranteed milk during winter low-production months, subject to our overall supply.

Paused or recently resumed subscriptions may experience delays during this period.


10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds for cancelled subscriptions will not be issued for deliveries already fulfilled.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
