Refund policy

If your order is delayed or delivered damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement. 

We cannot accept returns so please dispose of any spoilt liquid at home. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Within 24 hours & not yet dispatched: full refund.

• After 24 hours and before dispatch: refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our provider (currently 2% + £0.25)

• After dispatch (perishable goods): we’re unable to cancel or recall once shipped.

Refunds are issued immediately and you will receive notification but they make take a few days to clear to your payment card.
