Gently Pasteurised Goats Milk | 1 Litre

Gently Pasteurised Goats Milk | 1 Litre

£4.05

From our Soil Association certified organic herd in Devon, this is goats milk as it was meant to be — slow batch pasteurised at lower temperatures than conventional methods to preserve the natural flavour, enzymes, and nutrients that matter. Family-farmed and organic since 2003, every bottle is made with the same unhurried care we've put into our milk from the beginning.

Goats milk is naturally easier to digest than cows milk, with a gentler protein structure and smaller fat globules that make it a kinder choice for those who find conventional dairy hard to tolerate. It's also a rich natural source of calcium, vitamin A, and potassium — supporting bone health, immune function, and everyday wellbeing, with no additives or fillers.

Supplied in 1 litre recyclable bottles, our gently pasteurised milk is available for local delivery (supplied frozen) or shipped via courier nationwide fresh on the day of production in recyclable chilled packaging. Orders over 10 litres will arrive across more than one parcel.

We deliver to you on either a Wednesday or Thursday, in line with our pasteurisation schedule.

Health Benefits

There are many benefits to drinking Goats milk besides the delicious taste. Here are a few:

Naturally easier to digest
— Goats milk contains smaller fat globules and a different protein structure to cows milk, making it gentler on the gut and a popular choice for those who find cows milk hard to tolerate.

More of the good stuff, retained — Our slow batch pasteurisation uses lower temperatures than conventional methods, preserving more of the milk's natural nutrients, enzymes, and flavour than standard commercial processing.

Rich in essential nutrients — A natural source of calcium, vitamin A, and potassium, goats milk supports bone health, immune function, and everyday wellbeing — without the additives or fillers found in processed alternatives.

Storage & shelf life

To maintain the shelf life of your purchase, we recommend storing it at the back of the fridge (not in the door) so it stays as cold as possible.

If you wish to extend the shelf life you can freeze your milk upon delivery and it will last for 3 months in your freezer. Consume within 3 days once defrosted. Yoghurt is not suitable for home freezing.

Our shelf life is 4 days but generally fresh milk will last much longer than this if kept cold. It begins to taste goaty before it is unsafe to drink.
